Considering the daily weather conditions, groups ability, the groups fitness level, we have the flexibility to adjust where required. This is a tailor made training camp, so we adapt everyday, like a pro athlete would!

Arrive, settle in and meet your new training family. Collect your bike, enjoy the sunshine and get excited for an unforgettable week in Mallorca.

Day 2

Mallorca Begins
Your first ride on Mallorca’s legendary roads. Stunning scenery, smooth tarmac and the perfect introduction to the island’s cycling culture.

Day 3

Ride the Race Course
Discover the iconic IRONMAN 70.3 Mallorca bike course. Learn every climb, every descent and every opportunity to gain free speed.

Day 4

Full Moon Adventure
An unforgettable evening ride beneath the Mallorcan moonlight. Bring your lights and prepare for one of the camp’s most magical experiences.

Open Water Confidence
Sea swimming the way it should be. Learn race-day skills, build confidence and enjoy swimming in the Mediterranean.

Day 8

Race Day Rehearsal
Swim. Bike. Run. Fuel. Recover. Experience a full Mallorca 70.3 simulation and arrive at race day with total confidence.

Day 9

The Democracy Ride
One final epic ride through Mallorca’s mountains. Spectacular views, great company and memories you’ll talk about for years.

Initially, I was quite anxious because my cycling skills weren’t where I wanted them to be. However, Jon did an excellent job of ensuring that everyone in the group was at a similar level, which made the experience thoroughly enjoyable.
