Our training camps focus on education and enjoyment, we train as we race, if it’s a 4 hour ride, then it’s a 4 hour ride, time after for café’s, lounging by the pool, or investing time in the spa with hot and cold therapies.

SCHEDULE
Considering the daily weather conditions, groups ability, the groups fitness level, we have the flexibility to adjust where required. This is a tailor made training camp, so we adapt everyday, like a pro athlete would!
Day 1
Saturday – Arrival in Palma, Mallorca
After your airport transfer, you will arrive, check-in and collect your bike before relaxing. We strongly recommend hiring as out fleet of bikes are brand new each year and of superb quality.
Day 2
Sunday – 100km Bike
Today we will introduce you to your bike and the wonderful cycling roads of Mallorca. You will have the opportunity to do a brick run followed by your recovery drink, before making your way to the Spa for hot and cold therapies
Day 3
Monday – Swim with a Strength & Core session
Structured Pool Session followed by a Strength & Core with plyometrics and a hotel lunch. An afternoon nap followed by your recovery drink, before making your way to the Spa for hot and cold therapies.
Day 4
Tuesday – 110km Bike with Hill Reps
Today we return to your bike and the wonderful cycling roads, exploring the hills of Mallorca. You will have the opportunity to do a brick run followed by your recovery drink, before making your way to the Spa for hot and cold therapies.
Day 5
Wednesday – Swim & Bike covering 120km
Pool to bike session on the cycling roads of Mallorca enjoying iconic routes. You will have the opportunity to do a brick run followed by your recovery drink, before making your way to the Spa for hot and cold therapies.
Day 6
Thursday – Swim with a Strength & Core session
Structured Open Water Session followed by a Strength & Core with plyometrics and a hotel lunch. An afternoon nap followed by your recovery drink, before making your way to the Spa for hot and cold therapies.
Day 7
Friday – The Big one! 160km
We return to your bike and exploring the iconic cycling climbs of Mallorca. You will have the opportunity to do a brick run followed by your recovery drink, before making your way to the Spa for hot and cold therapies.
Day 7
Friday Evening
After dinner we will have a social gathering with awards ceremony.
