SCHEDULE

Considering the daily weather conditions, groups ability, the groups fitness level, we have the flexibility to adjust where required. This is a tailor made training camp, so we adapt everyday, like a pro athlete would!

Day 1

Saturday – Shoes Off, Sunnies On, Let the Week Begin

Upon arrival, you’ll transfer to the hotel, check in, and settle into your surroundings. You’ll have time to relax, enjoy a walk along the beach, or take an optional swim in the pool. At 17:00, we’ll gather for a group introduction to meet your coaches and fellow athletes, followed by dinner at 18:00.

Day 2

Sunday – Clip In, Chill Out & Soak It Up

Today’s ride eases you into the week with stunning coastal views, iconic climbs, and a chance to get comfortable with your bike setup. Enjoy stories of champions, a short brick run, and unwind with recovery drinks and spa therapies.
Today, we’ll introduce you to your bike and the stunning cycling roads Mallorca is famous for. Our introduction ride is the perfect chance to get comfortable with your setup—especially if you’re new to Di2 shifting, disc brakes, or haven’t tackled a climb in a while.
We’ll ease you in with a scenic route that showcases the island’s natural beauty, including breathtaking bays and the iconic views of Puerto Pollenca. Along the way, you’ll hear stories of Olympic champions and Tour de France legends who’ve trained on these very roads.

After the ride, you’ll have the option to complete a short brick run, followed by your recovery drink and a visit to the spa to enjoy hot and cold therapies. A perfect start to your training week.

Day 3

Monday – Drills, Hills & Coffee Refills

A progressive ride tailored to your ability, with two speed groups and a no-drop rule. Distance or elevation focus depending on weather, group strength, and café stop vibes.

Today’s ride is designed to challenge you at the right level. We’ll split into two speed groups, each with a no-drop rule to ensure everyone stays supported throughout. The route and intensity will progress based on group ability, weather conditions, and café stop opportunities—ensuring the perfect blend of training, scenery, and recovery. Whether your goal is distance or elevation, this ride adapts to help you push your limits while enjoying the best of Mallorca’s roads.

Day 4

Tuesday – Lanes, Gains & Ice Cream Pains

Today marks your first coached swim session at the iconic 50m Best Centre pool—an exciting step in refining your technique, building confidence, and boosting performance in the water.
For those keen to squeeze in a little more, there’s the option of a scenic 5km coastal run through Colònia de Sant Jordi before we head back to the hotel for a well-earned dinner. And yes—there’s ice cream at the finish!

Day 5

Wednesday – Technique, Tarmac & a Slice of Something Nice

Today we go further than Monday—pushing the distance while keeping our no-drop policy firmly in place. Riders will split into two speed groups, ensuring everyone can train at the right level while still enjoying the group atmosphere.

Expect a new route, a different monastery climb, and a fresh café stop—all framed by Mallorca’s breathtaking scenery. This is your chance to explore more of the island, take on a rewarding challenge, and share the road with friends in one of Europe’s most iconic cycling destinations.

Day 6

Thursday – The Secret Swim Club – Membership Earned

After breakfast, we head to a hidden beach for sea swimming with fish, caves, and waves. Then it’s off to a second secret spot for a headland swim into a cave—perfect for watching cliff jumpers in action. Pure Mallorcan magic.

After breakfast, we’ll take a coach trip to one of Mallorca’s hidden coastal gems—a remote, stunning beach perfect for open water swimming. Expect crystal-clear waters, playful waves, rocky coves, and shoals of fish as we explore this magical setting.

Later, we’ll move on to a second secret beach for a headland swim into a cave, where you can relax, soak in the atmosphere, and watch daring cliff jumpers leap from the rocks above. A true adventure day—unforgettable and uniquely Mallorca.

Day 7

Friday – The Democracy Ride – Legs Don’t Lie

The longest ride of the week—destination decided by your secret ballot. Stunning roads, epic views, and a brick run to finish. The perfect end to an unforgettable week.

It’s the biggest ride of the week—and the destination is up to you. Athletes cast their votes in a secret ballot to choose the final epic route, making this a truly unforgettable end to an incredible week.

Expect stunning scenery, a full day in the saddle, and a short brick run off the bike to finish strong. A fitting finale to your Mallorca triathlon experience.

Day 7

Friday Evening – Swim, Bike, Run… Roast (Gently)

After dinner, we’ll come together for a fun and relaxed awards evening to celebrate the week. From standout moments to funny stories and personal wins—everyone’s a winner. Expect laughs, good vibes, and a few surprises, all shared with great company.

Saturday

Departure Day – The Day Nobody Wants to Talk About

Kick off your final day with an optional 5km run—your chance to become the Park Run Champion of 2026 and win a free camp place in 2027!
Transfers to the airport leave 3 hours before your flight:

  • 1 hour transfer
  • 2 hours to check in, clear security, and board—relaxed and stress-free.

Hotel check-out is at 12:00 unless you’ve arranged a late departure directly with reception. We kindly ask all athletes to check out on time so rooms can be prepared for incoming guests—you wouldn’t want to wait until 18:00 for your room because someone else lingered too long on their balcony.
Flying later? No problem. Store your luggage at reception, enjoy the sun, beach, or pool, and use the changing rooms behind reception to freshen up before your transfer. Towels are available from reception.
