Terms and Conditions for Card Transactions
- General Overview
- These terms and conditions govern all card transactions made through the Tri Coach Jon website. By completing a card payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- Accepted Payment Methods
- Debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Payments are processed securely using a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway to ensure your data is protected.
- Payment Policy
- Payments are required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Instalment options may be offered for certain services or packages, with agreed schedules outlined during the booking process.
- Confirmation of payment secures your booking or service with Tri Coach Jon.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Certain services, including but not limited to personalised coaching, training camps, extended hotel bookings, and equipment hire, are strictly non-refundable once delivered or commenced.
- Requests for refunds will not be considered if the client has used any part of the service or product provided.
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies detailed for each service or package.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to jon@tricoachjon.co.uk and will be processed back to the original payment method, including American Express, within 7-14 business days if eligible.
- Non-refundable deposits may apply for specific services, as outlined at the time of booking.
- Transaction Fees
- No additional transaction fees are charged by Tri Coach Jon. However, your card issuer, including American Express, may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, depending on your location and agreement with them.
- Payment Security
- All transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted payment system.
- Tri Coach Jon does not store card details. Card data is handled securely by our payment provider in compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Failed or Declined Transactions
- In the event of a failed or declined payment, you will be notified immediately, and alternative payment arrangements may be required to confirm your booking.
- Chargeback and Dispute Abuse
- Tri Coach Jon reserves the right to challenge and recover costs associated with any chargeback made dishonestly, maliciously, or in bad faith.
- In the event a chargeback is found to be unjustified and is resolved in favour of Tri Coach Jon, the client agrees to pay a flat fee of £1,000 to cover legal, administrative, and reputational damage.
- This fee is payable within 72 hours of written notification that the chargeback has been overturned in the merchant’s favour.
- By proceeding with your payment, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
- Client Conduct
- Tri Coach Jon reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or remove a participant from any programme or service without refund if their behaviour is deemed abusive, threatening, or disruptive to staff or other clients.
- No refunds will be issued for services forfeited due to breach of this policy.
- Disputed Transactions
- If you believe a payment has been processed in error, please contact Tri Coach Jon at jon@tricoachjon.co.uk or 07860135508 within 7 days of the transaction.
- Disputes will be reviewed promptly, and any errors will be corrected within 14 business days.
- Changes to Terms
- These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Updates will be communicated on the Tri Coach Jon website, and continued use of the services indicates acceptance of any changes.
